Your account

You’re responsible for the credentials you use to sign in and for the activity that happens under your account. Keep your password (or your Google/Apple account) secure.

Acceptable use

• Only add contact information you have a legitimate reason to track.
• Don’t use Tendies to harass, spam, or contact people who have asked you to stop.
• Don’t attempt to break, scrape, or overload the service.

Your content

You own the contacts, notes, and interactions you enter. You grant us the limited right to store and display that data to you so the app can function.

Availability & changes

Tendies is provided “as is.” We may update, pause, or discontinue features at any time. We’ll try to give notice for meaningful changes.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Tendies is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including missed reminders or reach-outs.

Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
